Beef empanadas with dipping sauce
Pasty things filled with mince, with roasted garlic tomato sauce.
I failed to take a photo of this.
Really great – it’s mini pasties. It did take about 3 hours with making the pastry. Vegan pastry was a bit dry so in future try store bought (or make) normal shortcrust pastry. I made them with vegan mince also.
