Foods of the world
Making one dish from every country in the world… eventually.
I’m aiming to prepare a national dish of each country. So far, to do that vegetarian-ly has required a bit of creativity and some fake meat products.
Ratings are purely subjective and based on the taste of the dish I make. Which in turn is dependent on: my pallette, how correctly I prepared the food, and the quality of the recipe itself.
